You have more influence than you think

🎯💬➡️😎 Influence isn’t theory. It’s when someone finally says, “Okay, fine, you’re right.” Join our community 🙌👏

Before you even open your mouth, your presence has already said something.

Not in words—but in the energy you give off through breath, posture, eye contact, and pace.

It’s called co-regulation, an ancient survival mechanism. Back when we lived in tribes, we scanned each other for signs of threat or safety. Herds do this as well.

Whether you know it or not, you and everyone around you are doing it all day long.

Your nervous system is constantly in silent dialogue with the nervous systems around you—scanning for safety, steadiness, and cues on how to feel about the situation.

It’s neurobiology, and it means you have more influence than you think.

You’ve probably felt it:

  • One person walks into a room agitated, and everyone tightens up.

  • A presenter is nervous and fidgety, and the audience squirms.

  • You take a slow breath in a tense conversation… and the other person matches it.

This is how humans are wired: we sync.

Try this: Before you walk into your next interaction—pause, breathe, check in. Be intentional about sending the energy you want: confidence, curiosity, openness… Then watch how your energy changes theirs.

Regulate yourself, and you regulate the room.
