Duration: 6 Months
This six-month coaching program helps leaders communicate with greater self-awareness, confidence, and influence so they can handle difficult conversations, lead productive conflict, strengthen executive presence, and get better results from their teams.
The program begins with all DiSC & 5 Behaviors behavioral assessments and a customized learning plan that may include targeted reading, videos, podcasts, practical challenges, and applied exercises.
Twice-monthly coaching sessions focus on real-world application: unpacking current situations, preparing for high-stakes conversations, practicing new approaches, and building habits that improve leadership effectiveness. Ongoing support and between-session coaching are included.

Strengthen meeting facilitation, cascading messages, change communication, executive presence, public speaking, writing, and customer or sales communication.
