Rate your meetings

Suffering from useless meetings? Here’s a simple thing you can do to improve them over time, from Gino Wickman’s Get a Grip

At the end of every meeting, have everyone give the meeting a 1-10 rating. Ask, “Were your expectations met?”

Give people the opportunity to explain why or why not.

It’s a much better approach than leaving a meeting grumbling under your breath and complaining about everyone later.

When you work together to self-correct, you’ll soon get to the point where 8 is the lowest rating of your meetings.
