Bring DiSC To Life! is a community for aspiring leaders and HR professionals who want to increase their own influence while improving their team’s communication.

We’ll help you become a trusted leader who can confidently lead change, manage up, advocate, facilitate, negotiate, present, and find joy in work — with DiSC as your guide to the art and (behavioral) science of influence.

(If you don’t yet know much about the DISC behavioral model, that’s OK. We’ll give you the DiSC Assessment and help you use it to pause, read minds, and frame your message — to influence others.)

  1. The System: We start with a strong foundation, the DiSC Model, then layer in learning and personalized feedback. Progress builds over time.

  2. The Support: Participants bring real conversations and challenges to live coaching for strategic, honest support from Dan and a supportive community of people in the same situation as you.

  3. The Flexibility: An hour or two hours a month is enough to see growth without burnout. Most of the resources make it super-easy for you to use or roll out.

Core Curriculum

The DiSC Assessment is used by millions to improve workplace communication. Based on over 50 years of behavioral science, DiSC helps you understand yourself and your co-workers better, so you can be your most effective — and influential — self at work.

We’ll build the three pillars of the Me > You > Us Process—a proven framework based on DiSC and Dan’s 30 years of communication coaching and training experience:

  • ME > The Power Of The Pause – Respond instead of reacting. Build self-awareness and learn to speak with intention—especially in high-pressure moments. Mind before mouth!

  • YOU > Reading Minds – Learn to "read the room," interpret nonverbal cues, and understand how others think — by using tools like DiSC, body language, and the psychology of communication.

  • US > The Art of Framing – Structure & deliver your message so others hear it, understand it, and act on it. It’s not what you say…but what is heard!

  • Repairing After Conflict – Reaching back out to clarify, apologize, or re-connect when communication has broken down.

  • Saying No Without Guilt – Declining requests in a way that’s clear, respectful, and doesn't lead to resentment.

  • Clarifying Expectations Early – Avoiding misunderstandings by stating goals, roles, or deadlines up front.

  • Using Assertiveness Over Aggression or Passivity – Standing up for yourself without stepping on others.

Q: Are SHRM PDUs available?
A: We are working with SHRM to become certified and hope to offer PDUs soon. 

Q: Do I need to be a certified DiSC facilitator?
A: Nope. We welcome both experienced practitioners and internal champions just starting out.

Q: What if I miss a session?
A: All sessions are recorded and shared in the member portal.

Q: If I do this, will I be DiSC® certified?
A: This is an independent program designed to support existing DiSC practitioners and champions. We offer DiSC Certification at an additional cost

Q: Can I get reimbursed by my company?
A: That depends on your company’s policy. We can provide an invoice and justification language.

Q: Can I use this with the Catalyst™ platform?
