More “say this, but not that”

Instead of “I’m not staying late to deal with this!” you can say, “Today, my workday ends at 5, but I will prioritize this first thing tomorrow.”

Instead of “Stay in your lane!” you can say, “Thanks for your input, I’ll keep that in mind.”

Instead of “That sounds like your problem,” you can say, “I believe that falls within your scope of responsibility, but I’m happy to support where it makes sense.”

These small changes all let the other person know that you’re focused on mutual objectives, not one person’s needs over the other.
