Kill baby dragons

I’ll admit it, I’m a conflict avoider, but life has taught me that conflict deferred is conflict multiplied.

If I have a problem with somebody and I don’t say anything to them, negativity festers and grows inside me. I become resentful and it affects not just the relationship, but my mindset and health.

It’s much easier to kill a dragon when it’s a baby. After my dragons grow claws, learn to fly, and breathe hellfire, I’m powerless against them.

I don’t want to have a fight with you every day, so I’m going to say something before it festers – respectfully of course, focusing on mutual respect and mutual objectives.

I don’t like conflict, so that’s why I’m going to have conflict.

Kill baby dragons.
